These terms govern your use of Diffesq, a product of LoudFoam LLC ("we", "us"). By using the app or purchasing a license, you agree to them.
The service
Diffesq compares files entirely within your browser. We provide the software "as is" and make no warranty that it is error-free or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for verifying results before relying on them.
Licenses
A Pro license grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use Pro features on any number of your devices. You may not resell, redistribute, or share license keys. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; the lifetime plan is a one-time purchase for the lifetime of the product.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and may change with notice for future billing periods. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to circumvent licensing or usage limits, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoudFoam LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim.
